In-Home Inspection and Estimates
When furniture gets damaged, we go to your client’s home to inspect the furniture, verifying that the damage is from moving, or from a fire or flood. A detailed inspection report is then provided to the company. To make the process more convenient for the customer, we prefer to repair the item in-home, and send the bill to the insurance company or the moving company. We are familiar with many insurance and moving contracts that have date and time requirements to meet, so we are there for you.  We keep you updated and posted via emails, according to your requests. 

In-Home Repair
Your customers have experienced it enough by this time so to prevent further damage, we repair items in-home. This is more convenient for the clients, because they won’t be left without the use of the item. In addition, all of the in-home repairs products have minimal odor and debris. However, when something can’t be fixed in-home, we can take it to our shop for repair.

Full Shop Repairs
Customers can always stop by our shop without an appointment (see our hours of operation). You can bring the furniture to our shop for a variety of reasons, from total refinishing and major repairs to small breaks. If it is too large to bring yourself, there is a fee for pick-up and delivery, which is offered for reasonably-sized items. When you have an item that we can’t work on, we can refer you to another source.
